I tried for an hour last night to buy jeans. I logged into my account ordered the jeans, but then could not get into the check out to buy them. This is ridiculous Now those jeans are twice as expensive That is not right. Tried to call for assistance, but the online order customer service doesn't work at the end of a sale. That is wrong
Customer service today was helpful, but can not do anything, but offer jeans at twice the price. That's wrong also.
Kohls is always my first shopping stop in store and online. I was in store shopping in September when a very nice clerk told me something was wrong with my points, NONE were not liked to my YES2YOU card. She wrote down a number and told me to give to rep, that everything would be linked. Yesterday I called. The rep could hardly speak English, I am not sure she understood issue. I was having computer issues at the time of prior online buys. I explained to rep, asked her to check points. I do not believe she knew how to do that. The rep told me I had no other points. I think this customer service was horrible. I was upset nothing was even offered to appease the situation. I was at the store several months before this and asked about my points. The clerk told me she could not look at my points BUT if I was linking my purchase to the YES2YOU card at checkout everything was fine. I have a cartful right now and am kind of torn on whether to purchase or not. I do hope this message is replied to. 19205537121.
