I made purchase, second Lenovo. I am having issues with screen, do not want the screen they shipped want a better one. I also purchase Microsoft office and have no purchase Key (verified threw Microsoft) I also wanted a second DVD drive I was sent a portable unit. My first ideacenter has two dvd drives. I need resolve, customer service is very time consuming, two hours on phone number resolve. Bad attitude and people very hard to understand. I am very upset at the poor quality of service from Lenovo. Reminds me of the old days of HP customer service.

Lenovo is refusing to refund over $3800 on a return from Jan. I have spoken with several people and have multiple emails confirming that the refund was processed and a check was in the mail. 8. 24. 18 we still do not have a refund.
