It was through member login and says the money is in credit account. I dunno what that means and how to use that money for future bookings cuz its definitely stuck. Please advise.

I would like to inform you that my wife went to Jeddah from Riyadh with a Return Ticket on 4th December 2015 evening and her Return Flight was on 11th December 2015 morning, but she got a message from Flynas that her flight has been rescheduled so she can reconfirm her return flight. I went to Flynas office for reconfirming the return flight, but they said that I need to inform online to Flynas regarding this matter. I am unable to connect to your customer service number therefore, kindly reply me here and tell me that how I can reschedule her return flight without paying extra because it was due to the rescheduling of Flynas?

I booked a ticket from an agent. The ticket was more expensive than the normal. Seven hundred riyals. I had to cancel my ticket due to problems. I went back tonight and the gentleman ask me to pay another 120 riyals. My complain is if I book with other airlines and the ticket costly and you rebook they pay your money back in a voucher instead of asking you more money.
