Ms. Jeannette Rolle On Phone To Palm Tran Service
For the last 3days Ive been riding the bus 1, 20, 31, 33 and today I rode bus 1S and I could not believe the bus driver. You had one person in about ten seats and you have people standing because those people are putting their legs or backpacks in the seat to keep you from setting down Now there were Two disable people with walkers who got on the bus. You would think the driver would have said please get up and let them sit. Not one word from the driver, another woman got on the bus who had a cane still no one move and again the bus driver said nothing. I think something need to be done when you have people who pay to ride the bus and have to stand because you have rude people and bus drivers. There should be a sign posted on every bus to let riders know if they take both seats then they must pay for both seats. Thank you.
