I have now been trying to get my postal package to go to the address on the package, but fell i am getting a run around, it was supposed to go door to door, now is has been three and a half months tracking number is ch092361042us, how can i get them to send on it way to address on package, i do not live there, and they do not seem to want to help me to get it there all i get here is that it is in transit.

We would like to know the Philpost International Shipment procedure. I have shipment to Ningde, China with Tracking number EE061106402PH. Item being Hold in Custom for checking last May18 until today. Today I went to Santa Rosa Office at 11:30am asking for help. The officer reply is not acceptable. They do not have care to my package because it was already in China for Custom checking. I am complaining now. Need someone to file a complaint. Good morning. I am writing this note as a way of your good Office to improve your public service and to also improve service delivery. I just received a notice card yesterday, May 11, delivered to our residence in Sucat Paranaque. I had a document express mail from Australia and was received by Philpost Pasay April 11 per my phone inquiry from your Customer Service. They then immediately forwarded it to your La Huerta branch on the following day. Due to the urgency of the document, I immediately proceeded to La Huerta Philpost to personally get the document without waiting for the notice card. The notice card that i received yesterday had some pentel pen crossing of of "Pls. Claim 5am-5pm: and "Please bring invoice". My concern on this procedure is - why is it that it took Philpost to notify the customer thru the notice card that long? Is the notice card that i had received yesterday still serves the purpose?
