I am 82 year old Senior Citizen holding Savings Plus Account No. 10618658206 with SBI, Tellicherry. My MoDs denied interest @ Senior Citizen rate I made formal complaints in writing, SMS, E-mail. Written complaint to Nodal Officer through Branch Officer, Tellicherry and Chairman SBI, Bombay. No one gave me any formal reply. But inreply to Complaint Ticket No. 4135318924 and Ticket No. 4327907519 I got E-mail replies that " Complaint resoved and closed. INTEREST APPLIED IS CORRECT'
Above disposal is false and fraudulent. Please checkmy MoD balances to see thatit is not givenSC rate of interest except in some odd case

I am NRE customer of SBI Commercial Branch Moradabad (04113)since 2013. I submitted KYC update regularly a few months ago I found my accounts are not working, I communicate with the home branch, but didn't get any reply then I made a complaint Ticket no 4561989427 for Aaditya, ticket no 4561985230 for Mamta, ticket no 4561849867 for Alok. Ticket no 4561821468 for Eishita, I got a message to solve your complaint then I got an answer from Bank to filled KYC form submit with the required document, again I submitted, but until now my account is not working, I have urgent work to use my account, but can not operate. Please understand my requirement of account and make it operative. Thanking you very much for your kind cooperation. Regards
