How do I get closed captions on my Samsung TV 4K while watching Amazon shows? My Visio does it, but not my brand new Samsung purchased after thanksgiving 2017. I am an Indian. Unluckly I bought a Samsung TV plasma 43" from Saudi Arabia Jeddh, in last December 11, 2012. and it is having a international warranty of one year. Now the TV is In India (KERALA-Trichur) and giving trouble since last two months. It gets automatically off. First the Picture goes off and later the sound also.
