Ms. Darla Thomas On Phone To Sears Delivery Service
Hello My Name is Darla Thomas , I recently purchased a order of Jewelry from Sears, some of the order was from K MART, to date I have only received a order of four necklace and earing sets in which were sent in two different envelopes. Today I received a order of one set ofwomens silvertone cubic zirconia pendant and earing set only one when the slip says two were sent. I'm very frustraited over this and more importainly I do not understand just what Sears is doing at all. As of 11-30-2017 I have only received two sets ofcoral beaded Necklace and earing setsin one yellow envelope and two sets of the same in another color.
I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW DISHWASHER FROM SEARS AT INGRAM PARK MALL. IT WAS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED. WHEN WE TRIED TO USE IT FOR THE FIRST TIME IT DID NOT WORK. THE MOTOR DID NOT WORK. I WENT BACK TO SEARS FOR REPLACEMENT ON 23 AUGUST, INSTALLER WOULD BE HERE ON THE 25TH 10AM-2PM. DISHWASHER NOT DELIVERED ON 23RD. I CALLED SEARS THEY CHANGED DELIVERY TO 25TH WITHOUT TELLING ME TO BETWEEN 8:30 AND 1O:30. INSTALLER TO ARRIVE 10-2 PM TODAY 25TH. 10:30 AM AND NO DELIVERY. CALLED Sears Delivery IS NOT UNTIL 28TH. WHEN I SAID IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE TODAY SHE CHECKED AND SAID THE INSTALLER WOULD BRING THE DISHWASHER AND INSTALL IT 10-2 PM 25 AUG. AN E-MAIL NOTIFYING ME OF CHANGES SURE WOULD BE NICE, AND YOU DO HAVE MY E-MAIL ADDRESS SINCE I SIGNED UP FOR THE HOME MAINTANCE PLAN OF $69. 99 A MONTH.
