Gud Day !! Last night at 8:30.while we were doing grocery..my grandson slipped on your very wet floor at the fish area. He cried bec of severe pain on his knees. Good that he bumped the leg of your staff..not on the concrete wall . At 8:45 .a guard asked for a wheelchair and immediately took him to the nearby clinic..sorry to inform you that at about 8:50 the clinic was already closed and nobody to give the needed first aid. Another staff ( sounds like alvin / and rinna) took over after the guard..i requested them to pls take us to our waiting car in front of Ntl. Bk Store. As we will have the first aid done at home. The floor needs to be dry at all times. About a liters of water was on the wet area..no warning signage. Clinic needs to close after the closing time.. My grandson is still in pain on his buttocks area and on his knees. He could harfly walk as of this time.

Good evening
I was with my grandson Rhed Harold Fernandez at the grocery store by 8:30 February six 2018. At around 8:40. He slipped (nadulas) because of the wet floor near the fish section. He cried because of the pain he felt on his knees. Good he did not bump his head at the wall side of the fish cage because a staff was cleaning her area and her leg caught Rheds head. Good. The guard on duty asked for a wheelchair and he rushed him to the sm clinic. But sorry to tell that the clinic was already closed at 8:50. A staff (sounds like Alvin and Irene)and a guard called for assistance, but since we could not wait i requested them to take us to our car at the entrance of National Book Store. Thanks to the guards abd d staff anyway. The cleaner must be ready and updated about the cleaning rules. Around two liters of water was at the area where d child slippe. No signage was put up. Clinic must be open to accept cases like this. To give first aid when necessary.
