Today at 11:30am, I went through the drive thru at the Taco Bueno on S Hulen St/Hulen Bend in Fort Worth Texas. The lady working the drive thru was very impatient and down right RUDE. After she handed me my food, she slammed the window in my face To top that off, when I arrived back to work, my order wasn't right I love Taco Bueno, but, That kind of Customer Service is NOT acceptable.

On Friday June 29th I visit the Cedar Hill Store 3158 ticket433. I was the only customer in line inside the store and it taking an employee there were three including the manager before they acknowledge me, and when they did and when they did no one said hello and it taken them 3-5 minutes before anyone taken my order. It was over ten minutes before I receive my food and it was very cold and rude. No smile nowhere in this store. I waste 16. 41 on some cold food. I brought two platters, received one bag of chips and no salsa. The employees and the manager need training. Order8733. Bad Services.

To whom it may concern:
I had a horrible experience at one of you locations. For the past week I have been attempting to get a hold of someone in corporate and have been unsuccessful This is the third email that I have sent and made three attempts via phone with no success. I need a call back otherwise this matter will be reported to the news, on social media as well as to the BBB. My number is 817-690-8270.
We have gone to the Taco Bueno on Elm in Broken Arrow twice in the last three days. Both times we were told that it would be at least 30minutes before any food would be ready. They had filled a couple of your new boxes and it took all their ready food. This is unacceptable. The boxes may be a good deal, but if it keeps them from filling regular orders you are going to lose customers It doesn't sound like your buenos were not prepared for the new box promotion.
I was watching Undercover Boss and saw Mr. Roper CEO I'M Rose Patterson 304 E. Brazos Wortham, TX 77693 my Daughter and I went to the Taco Bueno i Waco on I35 it was the one across from Taco Bell the cleaning boy was mopping the floor with dirty water. It was about 2:00 and we were the only ones in there. Tables were dirty it was not peasant there at all.
I like that Taco Bueno opens early because I have an early shift. I also like that I can get a breakfast burrito in a bowl in an effort to cut out the carbs, HOWEVER The Bueno store in Sand Springs, OK is rarely open in the mornings when I drive thru at 6:30am. I see workers in, but they do not answer the drive thru. I have complained about this in the past, but apparently the complaints go ignored. Today, after being ignored again at the Sand Springs restaurant I drove to the Bueno located near 91st street and Lewis in Tulsa, OK. The restaurant was dark, but I did see a car in the parking lot (and this time it was later in the morning aprox 6:45am) when I asked for the breakfast burrito in a bowl instead with the tortilla, I was told "we do not have those. " I didn't even argue, I was frustrated and drove off. This is unacceptable as I believe there should be continuity regarding store hours and menu. Apparently I need to reevaluate where I get my breakfast in the mornings.
