We are so upset and frustrated with your Volkwagen brand in term of vehicle and poor service. We have lodged the same defaults on my car before our warranty expired. The fuel is not up as we hit the pedal. Very dangerous as we unable to overtake the Truck in front us. We wrote in few complained letter and were acknowledged. However, the car defaults condition is remain unsolved. To our much disappointment, we have totally lost confidence and having bad experience to this brand car. Dears, I'm really disappointed from the level of service that I receive it from VW Egypt (Egyption commercial and automotive company), I have Passat TSI, year of manufactur 2011 in Egypt. Chassis number is "WWWZZZ3CZAP046704" the car has a defect in the automatic gear box. And they told me that the spare part will be available during one month since 11-5-2016 and as per the policy am asking for replacement till I get my car and since I request this no one is answering on the phone I called the customer care on Shobra branches named " Marina Fransis" and she told me that I get back with the result and she didn't get back since two weeks ago, and I called the customer service to make a complain the customer service manager "Mohamed abdelgelil" refused to call me so appreciate your kind support to let someone from the VW Egypt to call me to fix my issues

I was proud owner of a 2011 VW Golf 1. six TDI with DSG gearbox until it suddenly stop working. I sent my car to VW in Faro, Portugal and after one week they said it was problem in gearbox and needed new one The cost to do it is 5558. 89 Euros. All these years I treated my car as it should and was not expecting this. In VW Faro (Lacocar) they first said expenses could partially supported and then denied. two years ago it had problem in Mekatronic worth of 3000 euros, but they payed almost full amount. This time they will not. I thought VW was one of the most reliable car brands in the world, but it seems its not anymore. I asked for a technical report of the problem and they just gave me the quotation for repair. I can’t accept this. I also claimed to SIVA Portugal on the 22/11/2015, but so far no answer. Dear sir, I am an owner of jetta model 2008. Body number 187712 motor no 89475. I used to have a problem in air condition system, and the dealer used to changing filter and recharging. Last year the dealer service in egypt changed an important part in the air condition system as the problem was analyzed as a manufacturer fault. But, the problem still persist, and the air condition now not working. I checked the problem again with the dealer service and they advised that compressor is weak and need to be replaced ?. Actually i cannot imagine how to replace a compressor, although my car still 80'000 km !. And now the dealer did not take any action to resolve the problem ?!. Please, i would like to ask you to solve this problem completely. Please consider this as a complain and i would like to express my great disappointment as this is not the volkswagen i expected.
