I recently purchased a necklace and bracelet as an extender advised by a member of your staff, I neede a 22” chain, but availability was only 20” or 24” I was happy with the advise, but unfortunately when I tried the chain on with my pendent it gradually rotated and the bracelet joining the ends together was on show and it deflected the purpose of the pendent I recently tried to return within the 16 day returns policy a paid cash and was expecting a full cash refund as my consumer rights state that the item I purchased wasn’t fit for purpose. I read your return conditions only after the purchase, no where in the shop did it point out no cash refunds At the time your staff were happy to take my cash and now only offer an exchange, after exhausting all other options I still couldn’t have an exchange and I feel a credit note would not rectify my problem. NIL Response. My daughter purchased a pair of earrings from you in March 2019 and unfortunately she ended up in A and E this evening because of the earrings purchased from yourself. The back of the earring had embedded in her left lower lobe. She is 16 years old and had to have gas and air to remove the earring back. Please can you advise, prior to me escalating this matter. Hi my name is miss Michelle Davies i went to hour port talbot store to take a bra bracelet back because a stone had come out of it and the lady who dealt with me was really arrogant to me now i am a disabled lady and i asked for my money back and i said that the only bracelet that would fit was that one and i didn't want another one of them so she said well you cannot have your money back you will have to have a credit note and it's only to be used here so i went to swansea today i called in to store and i asked them and they said no, but the thing is cause i am disabled i cannot get any bracelets or anything to fit and i do not need any rings or necklaces cause i have had them from your store so i was wondering I have the credit note can i exchange for cash in anyway cause as i said nothing will fit i hope you can sort something out for me as i am still quite annoyed with that lady look forward to hearing from you miss davies.

I bought a bangle from Dunfermlinee as a Xmas gift for
my daughter. Unforty it was to small. On returning to store was told all bangles are same size so could not replace with another bangle. As we could not get another one i asked for refund and was refused. I am upset as I cannot get another bangle that fits. Surely i deserve to get a refund of you do not have anything that fits. I was also told i can only redeem credit note in same store. Again i say you do not have different sizes in product. Can you please inform me why I can not redeem my money. This has not been a good encounter with this store and find it incredulous that xmas gifts cannot be returned for refunds. Please help.
