My account has been hacked and emails are being delivered to all my contacts requesting money. I have tried every thing to cancel the account or even just change the password, but am not being allowed to do this. Keeps saying my password isn't correct. Your customer information sites have been no help at all especially as I cannot access my account to change anything. I am currently traveling and yahoo have locked me out of accessing my emails on all laptops , etc except my mobile phone. I have tried to change details of my account on my phone, but do not seem to be able to see anyway of doing this. I have to stop this hacker immediately. I am unable to sign in to my account from Thailand as it says it doesn't recognize my browser or i have not signed in from here before, I travel to Thailand three times a year and until the last time in Feb 2015 i have never had a problem, It has my Irish phone number as a verification device to send a code, but as i am a Taxi driver and my phone is in Ireland this is of no use to me, My Thai Mobile is 0066812857825 so please can the code be sent to this number.
