I bought a 150 ml of chardonnay and it was corked. The store refused to take it back. The wine was sour, bitter and much darker in color than another bottle of the same chardonnay I had. The taste was awful and undrinkable.

I have been purchasing your wine for years, but the last three bottles of Chardonnay have had ridiculous corks. I broke a corkscrew on one, and had to use vice grips to get the other two out of the bottle because the corkscrew would only go half way down. In the past I've always needed a wrench to get the cork off of my corkscrew, but I can not even get into the bottle without a huge amount of elbow grease and tools which is ridiculous. I am frustrated because I would prefer to purchase your wine, but getting into it is incredibly difficult.
