I tan at a Zoom Tan location in Henrietta, New York. I went to renew my membership because there was a one day deal. The Zoom Tan associate was not able to process my renewal because I didn't have a cell phone. She said to verify my age. I think my age could be determined by my Driver's License. This was incredibly frustrating because I was told that today only would be the renewal sale date. Then prices are going up $100. 00 per level What are you going to do to remedy this situation?

I visited a store last night, not only did I wait 40 minutes to get a spray tan, but the girl charged me $10 and gave me the wrong level. I asked for level one I am now a level three bronze I look ridiculous and I have a professional job I am very angry. It was supposed to be a free tan for my birthday and she even scanned my coupon So I do not know if she lied to me or what, but this is the third time I have been misled and lied to and overcharged On top of them trying to push products on me every time I am in the store to the point where I will leave and won't go back to the same location anymore.
I am still getting billed from tanning bed which was cancelled at Zoom Tan on 5-2-16. Would like reimbursement and automatic payments withdraws stopped immediately.
I AS WELL AS MY HUSBAND HAVE A MONTHLY Zoom Tan SPRAY MEMBERSHIP. WHEN THE $1 AND $5 SPRAY DEALS RUN (WHICH IS ALOT) WE CAN NOT GET INTO SPRAY. WE WENT LAST NIGHT AT 8:10 AND WERE TOLD THE WAIT WAS AT MINIMUM AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES. THIS IS A CONTINUOUS PROBLEM. WHY DO WE BOTHER HAVING A MEMEBERSHIP THAT WE PAY FOR MONTHLY WHEN WE CANT EVEN GET INTO USE IT WHEN YOU RUN THESE SPECIALS. YOU SHOULD HAVE A SEPERATE BOOTH FOR MEMBERS. WE ARE READY TO CANCEL AND GO ELSEWHERE. THIS REALLY IS RIDICULOUS AND BY THE WAY THERE ARE two SPRAY BOOTHS - THERE IS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ONE DOWN. WHY?.

This is a bullshit company. Why is the only way to cancel a membership going into one of your businesses and signing something. ? I've never had a membership like that with anything. I haven't gone in six months and there's reimbursement plan or email going out asking if I'm still interested in my membership. You guys need to become more customer oriented.

I got a gift card for my birthday and the person who got it wasn't told that you needed your own credit card needless to say instead of a month I got three sessions i am really frustrated I called customer service and they said oh well pretty much I had 42 dollars on it I would really appreciate some help PLEASE i am sure you understand how frustrating this is, you would have so many more customers if you did things differently.
