Good day I am Vicente Valensona applied at Dfa Pampanga to get a new passport (lost passport) last July 29, 2021. The Tentative Release date of my new passport is September three, 2021, but suddenly as we came to Dfa Pampanga our passport is not yet process. How come that it was almost one month that they not process the passport. No notice/advice that it has delay on releasing. We are expecting to get the passport because we have already an employer, we are urgently need to hire. When we ask for the exact date to get the passport, they have no idea when to have it. What kind of system we have? Any further action about this? Can you help us to follow up this to Dfa Pampanga? Thank you.
