Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before checkout — especially size, color, and quantity. At Yiptee LLC, we work hard to process orders quickly and ensure smooth delivery.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
  • A 10% cancellation fee applies to cover processing costs.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, email support@yiptee.com with your order number.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections (such as wrong size or color). However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one. Need help choosing the right fit or style? Our support team is happy to assist before your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Eligible Returns

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong product received
  • Product differs significantly from its description

Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads)
  • Missing original tags or packaging
  • Damage not caused by Yiptee LLC

How to Request a Refund

Please email support@yiptee.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Proof of purchase
  • Shipping receipt (if applicable)

⚠️ Important: Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Refunds include original shipping charges.
  • If your refund hasn’t appeared within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Return window: 120 days from delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless Yiptee LLC is at fault)
  • Yiptee LLC is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
