At Yiptee LLC, we care deeply about your experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, here’s how we handle returns quickly and fairly.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, provided that:
- Items are unused and undamaged.
- All original tags and packaging are intact.
- You include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
2. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we’ve inspected and approved your returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Returns Accepted If
- Print or design quality issues exist.
- Spelling errors were made by our team.
- An incorrect color or product was delivered.
- The product arrived with stains, marks, or other damage.
- Any issue originated from Yiptee LLC.
4. Returns Not Accepted If
- The wrong size was ordered by the customer.
- An incorrect customization or design option was selected by the customer.
- Customer-submitted text or design contained errors.
