Since from March 2016 liason with Mr Robinson about the Trust. In July I made a follow-up again just to get the Documents or Trust number that will enable us to know the content of the Trust and the process and procedures which is going to give us guidelines about that Trust. And we found out that Mr. Robinson was sick. However I spoke to Mr. Gert Kruger to find out what is happening this Trust. Even today as I'm writing this, not feedback or any findings from Mr. Gert Kruger. The only thing I'm concerned about its the documentation of the Trust and guidelines. Nothing was send to us or call us to know what is happening.

I have been using Absa online banking for a while and the past four months it has not been working, but absa still makes me pay for the service. Visit Absa Southgate 20/12/2014 to withdraw amount in access of ATM limit. Received ticket J177 issued at 10. 20. After falling asleep waiting for my ticket number to be called I was assisted at 12. 45. Never in my life have I waited more than two hours for a simple teller transaction. The newly renovated branch and new image does not make up for this poor service. More than 50 clients got tired and left, this is evident by the number of now show between 100 and 177. They will probably have to try again tomorrow or Monday. The seating arrangement reminded me of a visit to the public hospital where you go and sit for hours before being helped. What works for Barclays overseas does not work for South Africa or where did you get this ridiculous concept from. ? Fnb has a new image too, but they kept their teller services separate. When Clicks swiped my Gold Credit Card three times, with the same amount of R1020,00 saying that "it had been declined" on each attempt, why did ABSA Card Division allow three identical payments to be debited when it must have been obvious that only one debit was intended by the store? To add insult to injury, the additional two debits of R1020,00 each threw the card over the available fund threshold. Why did ABSA not protect me here? They just allowed all the swipes to go though within seconds of each other. This is not the way customers should be treated.

4 September 2013 visited Monumnent Park branch. Needed a bank statement, row was very long. Consultant by name Aubrey assisted,once in his office he convinced me to open a current account in order to bring down my banking cost. He promised that he will see to it that my debit orders that were paid from my savings account will, by the end of September, go down from my current account. I phoned on 25/9/2013 to confirm if the debit orders will go through on my current account, Koos gave me the wonderful news that it is not going to happen since Aubrey haven’t done what he was supposed to do. Thank God I didn’t close my savings account as Aubrey insisted. Took it up with branch manager, Mr Senoa via e-mail. On 26/09/2013 received one SMS after another to liaise with my service provider to facilitate the switch myself. Not sure of being "spiteful" or incompetence.
If it couldn't have been done, why not tell from the start? I expect better service from "largest consumer bank!

I have had enough of the stinking attitude of the tellers at Absa Bank Tongaat branch. The Indian girls behind the counters have the misconception that they are doing the public some kind of favour by working there. On many occassions their indifferent 'do not care a damn attitude' was tolerated, but now I have had enough. do not even know why my husband still banks with Absa. We both constantly face poor service when going into the bank to make deposits. And I am not referring to a particular person, all the girls have somehow been trained to give this appalling service to consumers. Are they properly trained? Have they been through proper scrrening and interview processess or are they all someones contact working at the bank. I am sure working for a leading bank will make you seem "high class and elite", but they should be taught that consumers pay their salary.
