How can i get the new one ? Previously i had not received any transaction password when i opened my account. I only received the log-in password which i have changed now because that also expired. What is the procedure of getting the transaction password for my account.

Today i used my ATM card to withdraw money from my account number is 50170643251,at DENA bank ATM (Maurya Lok complex, Patna). Despite of transaction failure amount rupees 6000 was deducted from my account twice. I tried to contact the customer care service, but could not got the reply.
