This is to inform you that last week I got a new 3G Sim card issued from your Allahabad main office in civil lines. As I wanted to avail 3G services also i opted for the 3G pack of 2GB data RS 205 for 30 days validity. It has been more than seven days and 3G services are not coming on my mobile. I have called up the customer care 15 times, did the manual 3G settings and also filed complaints twice. For your feedback please, do educate your tele callers to speak politely. Seems I have to shift to Airtel/Vodafone as the BSNL three G services are extremely poor in Kailash Puri Colony, Allapur, Allahabad. Also their are 15 to 20 people in our area, who are also not happy with the 3G services and planning to shift from BSNL. Please act on our concern fast, before it is too late.
