The bill amounting to Rs. 848/- has now been paid on 8. 4. 2015 vide cash receipt number RTK1000707041500013. The account number of my phone number is 102199612. The outgoing call from my mobile number were stopped two days ago. Secondly, when I was on roaming from three to seven April, 2015, there was no connectivity. I do not understand the reason of disconnecting the phone. In the first instance my outgoing call may kindly be restored with immediate effect and later the loss of connectivity for two days should be investigated.
