Reference to order number 403-2040116-2206729 for SEBA Drain cleaner. I have ordered for three packet of SEBA Drain cleaner, 400 gm each, as per order Rotz was the seller. On delivery the following error observed:
1. The quantity received is only 400 gm, not 1200 gm as per the order
2. The supplier is mentioned on the package as Sood Enterprised Gwalior, the item was simple pack without any manufacturer details/product details or how to use the product. The order was placed based on the Sold by Rotz, but it is some local shop which arranged the delivery. The delivery charge was mentioned on the order as INR 310/- and paid, the supplier send the item by Indian post for just INR 36/-, it is pure case of taking the customer for ride by charging so much was delivery charges, from the actual charges. Please look into the issue and advise what action you plan to take, for short supply or was it my mistake in understating the order, can produce the evidences if wanted.
