We are the Laidlaw Memorial School and Junior College, Ketti. We have been having very bad internet connection speeds for the past two months now and we have tried calling several BSNL service engineers, but no body is picking up their phones at all. The numbers i have tried calling are given below. 9486101129 - Mr Gamesh, 9486101161, 9486101498 - Mr Ninjay, 9486101127 - Mr Rajesh, 0423 2517298 - Ketti Extension. All of the above numbers just ring and nobody answers their call. We have taken an 8Mbps Optical Fibre Plan and paying an amount of Rs. 6. five Lakhs per Annum. Our School had a three Day program and wanted to Air the program on Live Streaming. We could not do it. We had to do the Live Streaming using an AIRTEL USB Internet Dongle and it was possible to LIVE Stream. I am unable to log in to my BSNL account, as everytime I log in, the old landline bill comes up.
