I have applied fro BSNL Landline and Internet connection in SATARA office on 13th July 2016. BSNL employee has not given me the application acknowledgement slip after asking many times for so. They said that they never give this to any applicant. Apart from that they have not given any time frame about the connection. They are giving me uncertain answers.
