I applied for new land line/ Wi Fi Modem connection on 04. 03. 2016. I have received a message from BSNL that my service request (SR8018262443) for my phone number 231013 is completed. I am surprised that in spite of repeated calls to the Customer Care, Hisar (Phone number 233433), authorities and the lineman, neither phone has not been connected nor Wi Fi Modem has been installed. The position is that even after 15 days even a telephone connection has not been made whereas the Government of India is promoting landline phones. Will the authorities solve the problem?.

Sir, I applied for new BSNL Wi-Fi Modem/ Landline connection on 04. 03. 2016 and I was allotted number 231013. Today is 17. 04. 2016. In spite of my repeated requests at the Customer Care, Hisar and my complaint Docket No. HAR/CO/2016/2331 dated 14. 03. 2016, landline/ Wi-Fi Modem has not been connected so far. BSNL is promoting the landline connections, but the position is this that connection is not being made available to me. I request the authorities to kindly get the line connected. Thanks.

My number is not activate for 13 days. I had port my number on 17 November But till now it is not activate it doesn't shows any signal. And customer care are not paying attention they refuse me by telling call on 1503. If i call 1503 they tell me call on 1507. This type of excuses i getting. My both SIM are deactivate. When i call to customer care to activation my number or for verification it doesn't connect to customer care, but it also show " call rejected". I am BSNL customer at Tohana my landline number Is 01692220501. But i have to face a lot problem with BSNL broadband connection. Two to three days my network is go on out of order in a week. I pay 1700-1800 bill every month. If a single days bill pay gone late your office cut the connection, but they never see that how is service giving to me. Very shameful thing this one. When try to JE or other officer only single reply i am in field soon your network is go on OK. But no result. Please think about my complaint or i have to think any other network.
