Its not working since almost a month, and despite of trying hard to address, it locally we have not been able to sort this out. No. 2330607 is dead since 25 August 2013. On 26.08.13 morning I registered a complain on 198 . I have been given registration number 1015265985 . On 30.08.2013 I received a message in my mobile number 9452576492 that my complain has been resolved, but in fact no rectification . my phone is still dead. I again registered a complain on dated 30.8.2013. Again Registration number given as 1015365704. On 31.08.2013 I personally approached to BSNL office and I assured that your phone will be made functional on Monday, but sorry to point out that no action has been taken to solve the problem. On 3.9.2013 I again met to dealing staff and lineman, but till to day i.e. 3.9.2013 at 16.45 hrs my telephone remains dead .request suitable action to rectify my dead phone.Rajiv srivastava Jhansi 15 Taksal
