Can you help me to restore my Bbm contacts please? I have had approximately 1300 Bbm contacts before,, but in all of a sudden I lost all of them. And I'm not able to change display picture. My phone was taken in by Samsung for repairs due to a broken screen and three weeks later when I got it back there was a Bbm update. So I did it then it requires a password. I thought I knew it, but it didn't work it was the wrong password. And there is no security question so every time I click forgot password is says that it will delete all my contacts and I need them. I was hoping the Bbm could help me retain my password.
