its from Bhilai B.S.B.K. GROUP. I have registered a complain about ours land line numbers before 15 days, but no one has come here to attend the complain. What we can do. its better we surrender all BSNL numbers and take it other company land line nos.

Dear Sir;good morning.Sir I have submitted MNP form on16th July at BSNL office Champa.I want to change my provider from IDEA to BSNL.But after 22 days they do not provide me new MNP sim.my idea no.is9329003433 which is changed to BSNL.

Dear sir/ madam,
My number Is 09479057655, using this network instead of wrost service providing by urs.
Same happens this tym also, I top uped balance with rs.111/- on date 25 July 2013, but yet m not getting balance. Why?
second i think your customer care service is foundation of urs company, so facilitate and build up your infrastructure better. Provide them training.
Third- pick up d customers call as quick as possible.

So please its my humble request to this company to update my balance quickly. ..........otherwise tell me d option ......
