Today your service personnel has come for servicing our office water purifier which purchased during the month of April 14 and we are useing very little water and I requested him to see the the out flow of the water and his attitude is very adamant and he demanding rupees 4000/- to get new filters and also 400/-for servicing ast time also some one has come and demanded such type when the filter was purchased only one year back. While purchasing also rupees 1000/- was collected extra and we demanded the refund the same has not been paid. Hi, I have taken Eureka Forbes Enhance RO + UV on Thursday 19-Sep-2013 Bangalore, dasarahali magadi road. which is incompletely installed by one short tiny guy from eureka Keshav Murthy S and he tells himself a Group Leader. I've been calling him from past three days and even today is is not responding someone else received the call I asked his managers contact number the other guy also disconnected.

This is the disgusting service I ever received. Eureka Forbes, please take your product away and give my money back. HATE YOUR FILTHY SERVICE. Your service is so dirty I am doubting your product.. Call me and send someone to take away your product and give back my hard earned money. There are so many other vendors who give great service..
