From the last one week, I asked my cable operator to provide me set top box for my another television set. But according to him your company Hathway is unable to so due to shortage of set top box. Anyway, I only want to know will your company provide me or else I am going for another choice. ADD:

I have taken new Hathway Brand band connection last week for that Hathway provided offer which is SUN NXT for one year free subscription, the have given subscription code if i entered that code it shows code not valid/expired kindly resend the valid code.

I am using Hathway connection through local cable operator. From yesterday 26/12/2014 I am not getting any channels (hindi/English/news/sports/movie) its frustrating on week ends. Good evening sir/ma'm. I i am a resident of marappa garden, JC Nagar. Even after clearing up the dues the set-top connection worked only for three - four days after paymet. Now suddenly there is a notification saying "This card is not authorised". The CA set-top box ID is 5944 8247 1477 9736. Smart card ID is 0000 4143 0760. I had requested for extension of the time delayed in the current year, it was accepted in principle. I applied for Hathway network (account number 1226297) and also installed on on 7th of December still router is not working, but net is working when cable socket connected to laptop. Even cable is also to short to connect my laptop. I got the Hathway connection on 5th December 2014 and your technical support engineer told me that it will activate in 1 hour. Till now it is not activated. I had called your technical person many times and he is not responding me. Its totally unfair that i have given the three months advance money and i am not getting any response. We are connected to Hathway TV and watch Australia Network (set to channel number 821) regularly. While the video is coming through normally, the audio is not heard. The problem has persisted for the past four days. We contacted the local distributor Viswa Vision TV several times to no avail. Can you please help to fix this problem?

I reside at Nagaram, I was until recently receiving ASIANET, ASIANET PLUS, etc., , but suddenly in October, 2014 this channels were blocked. I wish to know as a customer, is it a temporary phenomena or permanent. Also kindly inform us the reason for the same. The Net work persons are not able to explain us the reasons. Is it due to lack of KYC these Channels are being blocked?

I am having cable TV with Hathway. The smart card is inactive and called cable operator multiple times, but never showed up to fix the problem. I wanted a secondary connection and for the same I had called your Vidhyaranyapura office two weeks back, your people there are very rude and negative it seems like they do not want do business nor they are bothered about customers, every time call them requesting for a secondary connection their standard response is that there is not stock of receiver and they hang the call.
