I have applied a connection for my residential purpose. On 25/01/2015 your representative came to my house and i have selected 512 to two Mbps plan for one year plan. Have given rupees 6000 by chq. (i. E 5000RS for internet plan and 1000Rs as a deposit for free router. ) Your representative Mr. Vimal m 91 90999 77639 told me that the connection will be start in 2-3 days. 26th were holiday. So i called him on Thursday. They told me that cable guy will come in the evening for installation. But no one came on 30/01/2015. Date 31/01/2015 I called Mr. Vimal was not picking up the call and not reply me. So I kindly request if your company is not enable to service us so Cancel my Connection request and pay me back my Amount which is Rs 6000 immediately.

E 1. 30PM (29/01/2015) no one called or not any kind of message is there.
