We have yearly subscription. We put complaint everyday, but once it starts THERE IS NOMONITORING as to why there is regular complaint. In other Net companies they have monitoring system. The network was working jsut fine.. then we started losing one channel after the other.. and finally no channels could be seen..We get jsut a warning box which says "Technical Problem". And suddenly the customer service sends a guy at out place and he decides that new cables are required worth rupees 1800-1900/-.
