I am using Reliance GSM SIM (8450016866) from Asansol circle for past few years. They are deducting rupees three from my balance alternate days as VAS USSD charges. I have not activated any VAS on my number by checking “MYVAS” to 55333 even-though they are deducting the moneyperiodically, sevaral times an amount of Rs. 3/- deduced from my account for the VAS service. Then i messaged to 121 and i got the reply like “you are not subscribed to any VAS packs”If I haven’t subscribed any VAS services then why they are deducting money from my account? Please sent my money back and deactivate this service.

Its very painful on my part to say that in every month Rs. 30/ is deducted from my mobile bearing number 9778111739, without any activation from my side. Each month I have to call the customer care to deactivate the same, but till now the problem is still lingering. I ask them for deactivation, they assure me to send a confirmation message, but even after 48 hours I receive none. Sometimes the money is refunded, but not always. I do not want any kind of VAS in my number. So I request you to look into the matter and take the necessary action.

Many a times, my account is being debited for so called VAS activation (which actually not availed any time), which irritate me. Today again I faced this problem. 1) I can not call customer care, every time i call they said I have not recharged of rupees 200 in six months, but that's not possible and to recharge of rupees 50 immediately, even if I do recharge I can not make call to customer care, same story is occurring repetitively.
2) Every few days rupees three is deducted from my balance for some vas which I have not subscribed to.

Need suggestion what to do...urgent??
