My name is V. V. Raman. My Vodafone No. Is 8943157820. Due to continuos deduction of charges without using internet i raised a complaint and the internet was blocked. As i want to use internet connection in Vodafone for various apps like Indian railway or to read latest news I contacted customer care and paid rupees 155 for to two G services. But it is not getting. It is a known fact that 2G do not have any use to down load internet and still the customer care executive told me so and I lost my money as I am not getting any internet now. If I want to continue as Vodafone customer I want to see that No charges should be deducted from talk time recharge and I will not using internet w/o charging for internet. Hence please do take necessary action to activate my internet connection with speed. It is also found that on charging with 3G also after the initial stage it very slow. I wish i will be properly dealt in the above mentioned cases.

My mother is using Vodafone Prepaid service Number 9946521363. She is a senior citizen. I used to recharge the account online through PayTM. Recently i recharged for Rs. 250/- three or four days before. Your customer care ex called up and had spoken to her about some scheme or features. As she is a senior citizen and above 68 age, she do not know anything about this schemes, services and other things. An amount of nearly Rs. 200/- has been deducted from her account within two days. I would request you people not to fool senior citizen people like this. Your executive should speak to responsible person before activating any features. I would request Vodafone to deactivate all the unwanted services from this particular number 9946521363 and also request to activate DND on this number. one expect a prompt action on this or else i had take help of Consumer forum of our country.
