we have been using your huggies for a while now with both our kids, we have come across two packs already that has diapers inside that breaks on the side. Now we are not ones to complain, but this is the limits my daughter develope a rash on her private part which we are force to take her to the doctor. I would just like to know what do we do now because shopright refuse to take the pack back and your product is not cheap. I look forward to your response. Today I discovered a nappy with a glue like substains stuck in the ribbing on the nappy. I am genuinely impressed with your products and I've been using it for years. This is now the second time we have found faulty nappies. Not very happy customer. Samantha Anthony.

My Name is Nqobile , I am a customer who is very unhappy about your huggis pull up nappies. For the past few months I have been buying the huggis pull up nappies for my 11 month old baby boy and every time I put it on him it get torn or I find some already torn inside the pack. I am very disappointed and unpleased with this because I buy a whole pack and only get to use a few and throw away the rest. This is just not a waist of nappies, but my money as well. This has been going on for a while at first I thought it was just that one pack, but I have noticed it happens with all the packs I buy and it really frustrates me as a mother and a haggis customer.
