Dear Mr Krishnamani, I have submitted a request letter along with Cheque of amount Rs. 570/ to you in first week of Oct 15 for providing List of Documents for Loan A/c No 13050706387. Amount of rupees 570/ was deducted from my Bank A/c on 9th Oct 15, but still there is no communication from LICHFL as where they are for providing list of Documents. After enquiring from LIC HFL Haldwani office, they are telling that documents still not came from Lucknow as on 11th March-16 and further no information. As a customer, can I know your process for providing list of Documents and commitment from LIC Housing for no of days/ months/ year which you will take for it. If your timing is within 4. five months then why List of Documents are still not provided to me and no communication yet to me on this. Please reply for the same ASAP. It's been almost eight months I paid all my installments for housing loan along with the Final NOC certificate (submitted on 26 July 2015) and still I am facing lot of trouble in getting any response from the office towards return back my Document/file of my house. It is very pathetic and shameful behavior by the LICHFL. I have doubt that these people might have misplaced my file. Till date I have no information about my file. I have no clues either. No one is taking my case seriously. I want to file a legal suit against all this. Please take quick action in order to provide me - my pledged documents otherwise tell me How can I take this case to the uppermost authority. Sir, I have deposited a cheque of Rs. 125000/- on 17/08/2015 in Meerut LICHFL Office, till today amount is not deducted from my account. Today (i. E. 24/08/2015) I talked on Mob. No. 9917658870 the person replied me do not worry cheque is valid for three month and your deducted amount will be considered from when you deposited the cheque(i. E. From 17/08/2015). It was found at time of disbursement that interest was charged on me from March, therefore the same was ratified manually by Mr. Arvind johri. I have given cheques accordingly but am sorry to say that till date same interest (of March which does not belongs to me) is still showing in my account. I have EMI ecs of Rs. 15120 which is due on every 10th day of the month, but on 10th of March 2015 i have sufficient amount in my account, but my EMI was not debited on that day. I contacted my branch there i was told that ecs was not presented by lichfl so ecs was not debited.
