With reference to below mentioned policies i made double time premium payment for July month 2016 )online ECS mode payment and through collecting centre, chidambaram). Then i approached my service branch at chidambaram office either to adjust the premium amount for the next month due (August 2016)or repay the amount excessively paid. Today (10. 9. 2016) when I look into my policies status in online again it was mentioned two months due (July and August 2016)and against each policy fine amount charged. Now, again i paid the premium amount for those two months as mentioned against each policy in online and receipt generated for the same. Policy number 732038138 ; 321112687 ; 732248805 ; 732453611 ; 732591755.

LIC had deducted the TDS amount ?2492 from my total payable amt
I had submit my PAN details before matured date. I tindivanam branch they said TDS certificate will be issue later. But still they haven't issue TDS certificate. I asked many times/ months. They give me inconvenience many times. Now they say they aren't responsible for the delay. Please take steps to issue TDS certificate. On receiving that only I could claim TDS amount in my income tax return. It's urgent because the income tax return filing date arriving near,

My policy No 712988664 was due for maturity claim and payment on 10th Jan 2016. The policy along with other documents were handed over to Vellore Branch in the last week of December 2015 for which no acknowledgement was tendered. But I am yet to get the amount credited to my HDFC bank account maintained at Vellore Branch. The ECS payment is being followed only to avoid the delay. But the Vellore branch seems to be lacking behind in this electronic mode of payment. Please reply for the delay. Prof s Kumar.
