There are no system for two wheeler parking in T2 parking area. They give a smart card for better service. Bt card reader is not working for two wheeler parking at P4 for incoming and outgoing. AllwYs they gv only promise that work in progress. Bt there are no sign of any work for better parking. Its to bad and time wasting for monthly pass holder (staff)

I had done prepaid taxi booking through booking reference number : b201607070831 today at 1. 34 pm at Prepaid Taxi counter inside domestic air terminal. I was in hurry and I think your staff played with my impatience. First when I presented rupees 500 note, he shuffled the note and said I have given him rupees 100 note. Since i trusted the man I did not check all my 500 notes if there was any truth in his statement. I only realised it when I came home and checked balance in my wallet. Then finally since my bill was rupees 269, he has to pay back rupees 240, Again here too he shortchanged on the cash paid back. Kindly take action against the staff and inform me as early as possible so that other passengers are not frauded with.

i wish to inform you that i checked in Mumbai Airport on December 11th 2015 for a flight to dubai airport on an emirates flight. I had checked in with nine baggage. The officer at the counter was fully aware that i had nine bags to be checked. On arriving at dubai airport, i received only eight bags. On inquiring, i found out that only eight of my bags have been tagged. The ninth one has never been tagged. I made an official complaint with emirates airlines regarding this baggage lost. I feel that the officer at the counter on that day is fully responsible for my loss. I want to make an official complaint against that officer for his irresponsibility and his unprofessional way of handling my baggage. I have not received my bag and i feel that this person knows what happened to it. I wish also to inform you that when i was checking in, an attendant was there, handling the bags. Please advise me what i can do or what to do. Relying on your cooperation.

I arrived at T2 by Air India Flight AI672 on 07 January 2016. I suggest that the Pre-paid Taxi Booking and passenger pick up by the Taxi Drivers needs a close look to improve the service. The booking booth staff were chatting away to glory when around 20 passengers were waiting. When I finally booked my Tax to Powai, i was told my Taxi number is 304. I came out and had a tough time locating a taxi with no one helping and the drivers showing off their hands as if they do not want me. Finally after half an our some driver took a pity on me and opened his taxi. There was another passenger shouting for 316 in vain. Kindly look into this aspect of Pre-paid Taxi service.
