I dint get any notification regarding this and no response from customer care. Please fix the issue at earliest. So could you please check this query and fix this issue and already i call four times to reliance customer care from last night and i dint get any response from them,

reliance product is good, but their employees is really worst people and their service is totolly bad i had changed from post paid to pre paid two weeks ago still now my SIM card has been suspended if i go and ask they are telling that you ask their and their they are not allowing me to go to prepaid it is against the wish of a person and his choice.... the higher authority should take a note or else it may lose his charm especially in the d d urs road store the female employees are really embarassed the customers they are not willing to answer to the customers ....
