I am a bonafide BSNL 2G SIM card holder since the year 2004 having pre-paid connection bearing cell phone number 9434212299. The SIM card was obtained during my stay at Darjeeling. Afterwards I had been transferred to Kolkta having residential address- 2/1, Baker road, Alipore, Kolkata-27. In the last month I had visited BSNL Customer Care service at Alipore, Kolkata and approached the lady officer there to port the aforementioned cell phone number to Kolkata circle from the existing Bengal Circle and also to have 3G micro-SIM. The officer in the front line at Customer Care Service could not able to provide me the 3G micro SIM instantly. Though I have visited CSC, Alipore in several occasions, but of no avail. It cannot be expected from a esteem organisation like BSNL. Please consider the public demand.

I regret to mention that subject telephone connection which was subscribed by undersigned is now wanted to surrender because of poor service and appearing uneconomical. Last two years most of the time line remain out of order by way of either dead or noise in line and said telephone as well as broad band hardly available for use , but every month I am paying more than rupees 650 in average which is just a wastage of money. As on date the line is remain dead since last one month and after several complain in local Parnasree unit, no action yet been taken .The response from service branch and technician is unfortunately poor towards attending grievances. last ten days due to non payment.I inform aotr hair street.A phone call from exchange regarding non payment.
I am realy surprised. I left no other way to surrender

The BSNL Land Line No 23445840 feeling a loud noise at the time of conversation and could not heard the person's voice or own voice by the other side person and have lodge complaint so many times for faulty line.

You are taking the RENT for the Land-line Telephone instrument, but it is not working for last 5-6 years, I have bought a New Instrument, do not know that the instrument is good or not, when I asked your man when came to repair, they informed that you have no new instrument.

You are requested to take necessary action for early repair with a new Instrument.

I have a combo connection on that tel no:033-25427469.Now land connection is off for more than seven days and broadband connection is unusual service in every days.I launched several complaints to the customer care and to local office, but I did not get the remedy against the matter. The most unfortunate thing that the respective person is least interested to pick up their phone. Every time it is absolute to meet that person reaching at office as we have our responsible job.You know that I am paying minimum Rs.525/-+Service tax in every month.So you are requested do the needful to get the connection
