I had purchased a washing machine model WF8508NMW8/XTL and in the first three years the drum and counter weight had to be changed twice. More than the quality of the Product what is sad is the poor and unprofessional approach in Service. Replies than we have too many complaints and hence it will take time to attend have become a norm. On 30/6/2016 I had registered a complaint (Complaint N0. 4216839085) that there was water not entering the machine, this was after we checked the water filter. The technician attended on 2/7/2016 with no parts knowing it could be the solenoid or PCB. On checking it was found to be the solenoid and said that he would return with the part. Till date he has not come. On enquiring with the service center we are informed that is not kept in stock and is ordered for and would be couriered. It is hard to understand how a solenoid is not kept in stock and has to come from another state.

Our Samsung Washing Machine was recently repaired by your company. Again it is giving trouble. In the middle of the cycle, it stops and sends some error codes (4E). And than drain all water, and then after start automatically, again drum fill with water and drain water.
