it has become outrageous the price, compared to when I originally became a customer. There are offers for new customers, yet I am nearly paying double what I originally payed. All we want is one TV with sport option

Our Sky TV box does not seem to be working. The television is not being switched on with the Sky remote control. I have checked all the connections and nothing seems to be loose. I tried connecting on the phone, but spent ten minutes trying to get the automatio to accept my password and the question about my mother's maiden name. This has cost me 2. 95 euros per minute. To say I am unhappy with your customer service so far is to understate the situation. I would appreciate a phone call from you to sort out the matter as soon as possible. Recently upgraded to Sky Fibre, it was supposed to be activated on 21st July, but in addition we lost internet access, contacted Sky and after trying all sort of solutions, we were eventually told the fault was external and an engineer would be out today (26th) to fix it. I asked to revert back to sky broadband, but told this was impossible. Was told this had to do with the engineer splicing the line. Still No engineer, still no internet access. We have had to use mobile data, which is very expensive and in the scheme of things, should be unnecessary This is totally unacceptable service from Sky and I would like this resolved immediately. I would appreciate a phone call as the very least to explain why the delay, and the exact cause of the error and when I will get internet access back. Regards

Your customer service is absolutely appalling. I am seriously considering closing my sky account and moving to an alternative provider. I request that you stop this immediately and reimburse me for the money taken.
