I was surprised at the slowest speed I ever got

Against your claimed 6. two Mbps speed the speed I got was 690-860 Kbps (tested by speedtest. Net)

This type of speed is unacceptable and defeats the purpose of my buying this product of yours

I have a pre paid TATA photon iternet connection . ( ID no being 9235825516 ) . The last date of payment was two October 2013 . I approached the Hazratganj OFFICE on one October 2013, but I was informed that due to the audit of the office payment was not possible . The subsequent day i.e. two October 2013, was a national holiday. I got a TATA photon plus dongle,device number 9236940947, for Rs.1299/- on 16.8.2013 from your franchise M/s KB Infotech in GomtiNagar.The promised download speed was "upto 3.1 mbps", but the actual speed was never more than 46 kbps. Multi tasking is impossible because another page will not get loaded. It is six days I have been waiting for a better speed. Your GomtiNagar franchise is not listening my complaint. Please ,therefore cancel my coonection and refund the entire money deposited by me.
