This is bring to your concern and had a very bad experience to buy
Voltas two Ton Split AC,
I was purchased the two ton split air condition five months before, I have faced so
much of problem pertaining to water leakage in the main unit, I was
complaint 4-5 times to customer care, but till date no solution has
been done still the water leakage. I have found a very unfortunate
thing that your service team was saying that installation was not done
properly so that we can not help you out, my complaint number is
13AU1301425, kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible because I am stucked
between your dealer and customer service conflict.

I am having a split account in my residence . It is 1.5 tons. The account is notworking for that I have lodged a complain on 22nd June 2013. The complain number is 13062201371.A well reputed company whose parts is not available. Already 23 days over.ccordingly one person visited my place on 24th June 2013 and told that the Main PCB and controler PCB is damaged
