Pioneer on June 13, 1986 but after
Three years in 1989, Activision closed Infocom
Due to many years of losses. In 1988, Activision also started publishing business applications as a result they changed their corporate name to Mediagenic. New Activision
An investor group led by Robert Kotick took over the Mediagenic & officially changed company's name back to Activision in December, 1992. After that company become part of a Delaware Corporation. Then Activision moved its headquarters to Santa Monica in South California from Mountain View in the Silicon Valley.
