Adagio Tea had great tea, but TERRIBLE customer service - and a poor website, too. In the past when I've tried to order from their website, I've run into demands that I log in (that seems to have been fixed) before I could place an order, and difficulty resetting my password when I did have to log in to place an order. Now I ran into a problem with viewing my cart and adding an item, so when I posted the issues I was having with Adagio's website and said that their website manager needs to work on the site (again), I was told that the problem was my browser, then the customer DIS-service broke the linkOddly, my browser is having absolutely NO problems with other websitesThere ARE competitors out there - like "Republic of Tea" - whose superior level of customer service more than offsets their less-attractive tea selections. I was about to place a $40 order, but I see now that I'll be avoiding Adagio Teas for ANOTHER 2-3 years.

I was shocked to find in my order four quality postcard-type advertisements, all of which could have been included on one more Eco-friendly sheet of paper. Where is your regard for the "going green" philosophy, a way of thinking we should all be engaged in. I have been a long-time customer of Adagio and have never received something so wasteful before. If I do again, I'll be finished with Adagio and will get me teas elsewhere. I tried to upload a photo, but i get no message from Adagio that I was successful. Please let me know if you received it.
