We have contacting adcb since January 21, 2018 to make settlement of our credit card since my husband lost his Jo b and wants to avail of the credit card shield without bothering us, until today there is no feedback from your end after several emails, they keep on sending emails without any proper response. We need to sort this out as soon as possible. We will no longer be responsible for any delay or penalty, we are the ones communicating with them, but they do not cooperate at all.
