I had a booking for three passengers with Air Asia (booking Number S69G9P) and due to flight rescheduling by Airasia we could not make the trip. On repeated appeals, Atiqah Abd Jalal, Airasia sent an E-mail in December 2012 offering a credit account. I was informed I could utilise on a later date and re-book within 90 days. That e-mail explained the procedure to follow and I was told to provide the member ID.
I sent my member ID which is 6860049210 and awaited a response which never came.
Then Airasia cancelled its flights to Sri Lanka and I didn't receive any response although I sent many messages through Ask Air Asia.
Can you please forward this complian to relevant authorities and do the need ful and credit the amount to my credit card, as Airasia do not fly to Sri Lanka. vidyaperera@hotmail.co

continue; she said " go to the customer service counter over there and tell them your problem". it was 15 mins before the departure of my flight.i went to the counter mentioned, and saw people queing, i ask myself shud i wait for my turn??? ( in this case someone who can authorized my problem shud have go tgether to speed up the process) and i tried to find the staf again, but she was gone. finally, not knowing what to to, i gave up. i missed the flight. this caused me a great loss( rm3000 plus), because my next flight is also messed up and i went a lot of trouble to fix.
so my complaint was actually, the staff wasnt helpful at all. its like if possible they do not want to help the customer where it shud be the opposite.
its similar to watching dying people and saying "hang on there" without doing anything.
so, if they have told me kindly told me the solution earlier, maybe i wud have made it. i hope this wont happen again.

so i continue. the staf said that it was closed 5mins ago. i pledge her to help. she said she cant do anything. this part i understand, but i explain that i cant afford to miss the flight.( bcause i have another continuing flight on the same day). this is what she answered, " thats your own problem". i basicaly ask what shud i do? and she said you can go and board the flight if you want. then i asked what will happen to my baggage? she said, "i do not know". i became more panicked. as the boarding gates is closing soon. actually i just want to board the flight and i can wait for the baggage to arive later, but the staf refuse to help. i went out and called every friends i knew and asked what shud i do. and finnaly my mother asked the staf to talk wit her on the phone. my mother begged to the staf to help me. and the staf said this, "actually you can go for the flight and someone will help you to send your baggage on the next flight". then i ask what shud i do?- next

hello air asia. i want to post some of the difficulties i had yesterday related to air asia service. this is not about the airplane conditon, airport condition etc. this is about how airasia staffs( not everyone of course) treat their customers. let me begin, first of all i bought air asia ticket to chiang mai. the flight schedule was on 1st September at 0655am. i checked in using their website at around three am. i reached the airport at 415am. i looked for my flight schedule on the screen. and i saw it, but the flight status is not updated( eg, open for checked in, boarding, check in counter etc). so i waited. 5am, i went and check again, still nothing. 6am i went and check, nothing. so i thought that the flght is delayed or smthing, but 620am, i went and checked again it says boarding. and i panicked. because i still need to drop my bagage. so i went and ask around and finaly reached the counter for bagage drop. but, the staf said that its already late. -i will continue in the next post
