I have been hung up on, disconnected and given incorrect phone numbers. It shouldn't be this difficult to get service from an international company. My rating: zero.

Cellcom has been charging me for a ZTE_669 modem at the rate of 44. 98 since June of 2014. The rate is supposed to me 15. 13 for time when I am not using it, (ie, when I am out of Israel). I leave Israel usually middle of May and do not return until January six or so of the following year. This is contrary to the arrangement I made with Cellcom. One of your reps at the Ashkelon office assured me that the charge would be nis15. 13 starting May 2014 until I notify you of my return to Israel in January of 2014. You owe me NIS44. 98 x all the months since middle May of 2014 and until you fix this. I called your customer service number:The manager never called me back, as was promised. It was last used in August 2012. I lent it to a friend who tried to use it last week in Israel, but it would not work. It was put in an Israeli unlocked phone.
Please can you tell me what is wrong?
I was going to use it in a couple of weeks, but need to make sure it works before I leave London. I bought it from Rose Communications in London a few years ago and have regularly topped it up and used it with no problems. They suggested that I contact you.
